Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide website building, hosting, domain management, and maintenance services on a monthly subscription basis.
Your subscription is billed monthly. The monthly fee covers hosting, domain renewal, and uptime. Minor updates are billed separately at our hourly rate. All payments are non-refundable.
Unpaid balances will accrue interest at 2% per month (24% per annum). We may suspend or take your website offline if payment is not received within 15 days.
We retain ownership of the website code, design, and custom work. You receive a limited license to use the website only while your subscription is active and in good standing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
The website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
